Pardi's named after the late Michael "Pardi" Kellup was started from a shared love for cooking, a dream of opening a successful restaurant , and a promise between a grandfather and his grandson.

 

Before his passing, he made his grandson Edward promise to follow his dreams of bringing authentic cajun food to the world come true.
